Arabic Fattoush Salad Recipe

Salads provide all the nutrition needed for the body in a summer-savvy way. So this Arabic Summer Salad is certainly a good idea to add to your Ramzan spread. After a long day of fasting, the multigrain flakes in this salad will come as an added source of energy as well.

    • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
    • Saffola Aura- Extra Virgin Olive & Flaxseed Oil 1/2 cup
    • Garlic cloves, minced 2 to 4
    • Salt & pepper to taste    
    • Romaine lettuce, shredded    2 cups
    • Cucumbers, diced    1 large or 2 small
    • Fresh tomatoes, chopped 2 cups
    • Parsley, chopped    1/2 cup
    • Mint leaves, chopped 1/4 cup
    • Green pepper, diced 1 tbsp
    • Scallions, finely sliced 3 tbsp
    • Sumac 1 teaspoon
    • Pita bread, toasted until golden brown, broken into pieces the size of a quarter - 2
    • Saffola Multigrain Flakes- Lite Delight    1 tpsp


How to make Arabic Fattoush Salad

    • Take a bowl, add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and whisk well.
    • Further, add all the other ingredients and toss well.
    • Sprinkle multigrain flakes on top and serve.
