Masala Oats Cheese Balls with Sangeeta Khanna

Baked cheese balls Recipe

Here’s a continental starter, Healthy Masala Oats Chesse Balls, that’ll give digestion a boost with ingredients like thyme, rosemary and basil leaves.

    • 1 packet Saffola Masala Oats Peppy Tomato
    • 1tsp Garlic, chopped
    • 1tsp Dried Rosemary
    • 1tsp Red Chilli Flakes
    • 1tsp Dried Ajwain
    • 1tbsp Parsley, chopped
    • 1tbsp Tomato Paste
    • 2-3 Basil leaves
    • 100gms Paneer, grated
    • 3tbsp Poppy Seeds
    • 8-10 cubes of Mozzarella Cheese

How to make Baked cheese balls

    • In a bowl, add mozzarella cheese, garlic, dried ajwain, dried rosemary, red chilli flakes, tomato paste, parsley, basil & Saffola Masala Oats Peppy Tomato & mix it well.
    • Take a bit of the mixture and flatten with the palms and put a cube of cheese in between.
    • Roll the disc into balls and cover the cheese of cube completely.
    • Coat the balls with poppy seeds
    • Place the balls on a baking tray and bake them for 180 deg C for 10-15 mins
    • Garnish with parsley
    • Serve Hot!
