Black Eyed Pea Pasta Recipe

    • 1 tbsp Saffola oil
    • 1 cup chopped onions
    • 1 tsp mashed garlic
    • 2 chopped jalapeno peppers
    • ½ cup chopped capsicum
    • 1 cup tomato puree
    • 1 cup black eyed peas (boiled)
    • Salt to taste
    • ½ tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp black pepper
    • 1/2 cup water
    • tbsp mixed herbs
    • 2 cups long macaroni pasta (cooked)< /li>
    • Garnish with coriander

How to make Black Eyed Pea Pasta

    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Add onions, garlic paste, jalapeno peppers, capsicum and tomato puree.
    • Cook for 2-3 mins.
    • Add black eyed peas & cook for 2mins.
    • Add salt, black pepper ,sugar, water, mixed herbs, pasta and cook for 2mins.
    • Garnish with coriander
