Black Grapes Beverage beautiful colours, rich with tangy sweet flavour, this drink reminds you of ‘chuskis’ and mocktails.The beverage is not diluted with water or ice since frozen fruits are used. Dilute is slightly if your wish, but too much water is not recommended.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups black grapes, deseeded
  • 1 beetroot, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 amla, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black rock salt

How to make Black Grapes Beverage

  • Mix and freeze all ingredients for an hour or so. The ice crystals will help even blending as well as a chilled drink without adding any ice
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pass through a thick holed strainer so any large pieces of fruit/vegetable are discarded
  • Serve immediately in tall glasses with or without straw

Note: You can juice them all in a juicer but it will be better to retain all the fiber in the fruits and vegetables. The drink is so smooth and chilled that the fiber will not be noticed
