A number of ready-made variants are also available in the market. It is used as an ingredient in many Asian curries, noodles and as add on with varieties of rice.

Ingredients

  • 1tbsp Saffola Oil
  • 1tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 tsp Garlic, chopped
  • 300 gms Whole Wheat Noodles, cooked
  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 200 gms Boneless Chicken, cubed
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Green Spring Onions, chopped
  • 1 packet Saffola Masala Oats Chinese

How to make Chicken Sriracha Noodles

  • Add Saffola Masala Oats Chinese in a blender and grind it into a powder.
  • Heat a pan and add Saffola oil in it. Once the oil is heated add peanut butter and mix well.
  • Then add garlic, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, broccoli, salt and stir fry it well till all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Add the chicken to the veggies and stir fry until the chicken is cooked.
  • Then add sriracha sauce, powdered Saffola Masala Oats Chinese & rice wine vinegar and give it a good stir.
  • Add the cooked noodles and mix well
  • Garnish with Spring Onions
  • Serve Hot!
