Ingredients

    • 1 cup chopped chicken breast
    • 2 tsp chopped garlic
    • 2 tsp chopped ginger
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 Packet Saffola Masala Oats Classic Masala
    • 1 tbsp Saffola oil
    • 1/2 cup sliced onions
    • 1 tsp green chillies
    • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
    • 3 tbsp tomato puree
    • 2 cups chicken stock
    • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum

How to make Classic Masala Oats Chicken Curry

    • To make Classic Masala Oats Chicken Curry add chicken, garlic, ginger, garam masala, salt, lemon juice to a bowl and mix it well
    • Then add Saffola Masala Oats Classic Masala and mix it well
    • To make the curry heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions till they are translucent
    • Once done add green chillies and the marinated chicken and mix well
    • Then add tomatoes, tomato puree and chicken stock and cook with the lid on for 3-4 mins
    • Then add capsicum and cook for 1-2 mins. Your Classic Masala Oats Chicken Curry is ready
