Classic Masala Oats Cookies Recipe

    • 2 packets of Saffola Masala Oats Classic Masala
    • 1/2 cup boiling water
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 4 tablespoon Saffola oil
    • 1 cup wheat flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
    • 1 tablespoon rosemary herbs
    • 1 tablespoon black pepper

How to make Classic Masala Oats Cookies

    • Preheat the oven to 170° C. In a small mixing bowl add two packets of Saffola Masala Oats Classic Masala Flavor, boiling water and mix well
    • In a large mixing bowl add brown sugar, egg and whisk well. Add oil and mix well until it forms a creamy texture
    • Add 1 cup of flour, baking powder, salt to a sieve and sprinkle it over the mixture. Mix well. Add the soaked oats to this mixture. Add parmesan cheese, rosemary, black pepper and mix well with your hand
    • Grease a baking sheet with oil. Make small cookies and place them on the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in an oven for 15 minutes
