Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using very little water.
Keep refrigerated till use.
Cook the SMO , and keep it aside
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and roll out each portion.
Make thin dosa as we do for making plain roast dosa, do not flip, since the dosa is thin, it will get cooked. Cook in medium flame to make sure its crisp. Once started browning, use a clean kitchen scissors to cut the dosa until the middle of the dosa.
Using a tong or your hands, carefully roll the dosa .
Doing over the tawa itself saves time and easy to roll and maintains the shape as well. But the dosa has to be crisp enough to hold the shape.
Now fill the Dosa with the filling and seal the open end.
