Classic Masala Oats Rice Dumplings Recipe

    • 1 cup sprouted Moong grains
    • 1 Packet Saffola Classic Masala Oats
    • 1 green chilies minced
    • 1 ginger garlic paste
    • 1 cup rice flour
    • 1 cup water
    • Season as per taste
    • 1 tbps Saffola oil

How to make Classic Masala Oats Rice Dumplings

    • Take a small bowl full of sprouted Moong grains
    • Mix this sprouted moong grains with one teaspoonful of ginger garlic chilli paste and 1 Packet Saffola Classic Masala Oats 
    • Crush this mixture roughly (not very fine) in a grinder
    • Keep this crushed mixture aside
    • Take two small bowl full of Rice Flour, make dough with hot water and season
    • Make small chapti's with this dough with the help of your hand/ Palm
    • Now, put the filling/ mixture of step 1, into these hand made little chapti's of step 2 and make it like semi circle
    • Similarly make 8- 10 dumplings of type
    • Then, steam these dumplings
    • Once, properly steamed. It's ready to serve hot with tomato ketchup or green mint chutney
