Classic Masala Oats Veggie Crispy Recipe

This recipe calls for a healthier version of crispy veggies using baking instead of frying.

    • 1/2 cup Saffola Classic Masala Oats
    • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 egg white, slightly beaten
    • 1 tablespoon milk
    • 4 cups cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, whole fresh button mushrooms
    • 1 tablespoon Saffola oil

How to make Classic Masala Oats Veggie Crispy

    • Lightly grease a 15x10x1-inch baking pan; set aside. In a plastic bag combine Saffola Classic Masala Oats, Parmesan cheese, and pepper. In a small bowl combine egg whites and milk
    • Toss 1 cup of the vegetables in the egg mixture; add vegetables to the plastic bag. Close bag and shake to coat well.
    • Place coated vegetables on the prepared baking pan. Repeat with remaining vegetables. Drizzle Saffola oil over vegetables
    • Bake at 170C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring twice
