Creamy Mango Salad Recipe

Creamy Mango Salad is a delicious salad which is quite easy to make as well. It is great to make for lunch or dinner and it can be had as a full meal by itself or can be served as a part of the meal. The crunch from tomatoes and sweet and slightly tangy flavour burst from ripe mangoes goes well with the creamy hung curd dressing.

This recipe scores more than regular recipe because mayonnaise is replaced with hung curd and the Saffola Classic Oats powder increases the fiber content of the salad.


  • Hung Curd – ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Saffola Classic Oats – 2 tbsp ( Powdered )
  • Cherry Tomato – 2 cup ( Halved )
  • Ripe Mango – 2 cups ( Peeled and Chopped )
  • Red onion – ½ cup ( Thinly sliced )
  • Jalapeno Peppers – 1 tsp ( Finely chopped )
  • Fresh coriander – 2 tsp ( Finely chopped )


How to make Creamy Mango Salad

  • Mix hung curd, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder and Saffola Classic Oats Powder in a bowl.
  • Mix cherry tomato, ripe mango, red onion and Jalapeno Peppers in another bowl.
  • Pour the salad dressing over the salad and mix well.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander.
  • Serve immediately
