  • 2 teaspoon Saffola oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 5 chopped cloves of garlic
  • 200 gm chopped button mushrooms
  • 1 Packet Saffola Masala Oats Veggie Twist
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoon cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 tablespoon chopped walnut
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheddar cheese for garnish
  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
  • Chopped walnuts for garnish

How to make Creamy Veggie Twist Oats Mushroom Soup with Deeba

  • Heat Saffola oil in a pan. Add some chopped onions and garlic into it and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add button mushrooms in the mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Add the Saffola Masala Veggie twist Oats, milk, cheese, coriander leaves, green chillies, walnut into the mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Add salt according to the taste
