Curry and Pepper Oats Canapes Recipe

A blissful blend of caramelized veggies and Saffola Pepper Oats that are high in fibre & low in total fat will have hungry foodies lined up at the dining table with tummies churning with excitement.

    • 2 cups water
    • 1 Packet Saffola Masala Oats Curry & Pepper
    • 1 tbsp curry powder
    • 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
    • 3 tbsp caramelized onions (it’s good with 2 tbs, better with 3).
    • 1 loaf French bread
    • ½ cup Cherry tomatoes
    • Sea Salt to taste
    • 8-10 leaves Basil
    • 2 tbsp Saffola Oil

How to make Curry and Pepper Oats Canapes

    • Slight splash of Saffola Oil, if desired (optional)
    • In a wide saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add Saffola Masala Oats Curry & Pepper oats, stir, and reduce heat slightly. Mixture should still be bubbling briskly
    • Add curry powder and salt, stir to mix. After two minutes of cooking, add 2 tbs onions, stir again. After another two minutes oats should be done
    • Make caramelized onions by caramelizing them in Oil
    • Now assemble the canapé. First cut a slice from the loaf and then toast it. Now put a dollop of pepper oats and top it with shredded basil, cherry tomatoes, caramelized onions and finally sea salt

I live in North Delhi....I saw a recipe in fit foodie a while Back in which chef Vikas Khanna made dhoklas using saffola curry n pepper oats.thy r nt available in nearby markets .where can I get thm from as I liked the recipe very much n want to try it.please help me
