Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoon Saffola Oil
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 2 chopped tomatoes
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 bowl minced chicken
    • 1 tablespoon parsley (ajwain leaves)
    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • 2 packets Saffola Masala Oats Curry and Pepper Flavor
    • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 4 tablespoon Saffola Oil
    • 3 tablespoon chopped parsley

How to make Curry Pepper Oats Chicken

    • Heat Saffola oil in a pan. Add onion, and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes till it is light brown in colour
    • Add tomato, salt, minced chicken to the pan and cook for 2-3 mins
    • Add parsley, water, Saffola Masala Oats Curry and Pepper into the mixture and cook it for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix it properly
    • In another pan and add Saffola oil in it. Once the oil is heated add lots of parsley and sauté for 2 minutes. Serve the chicken with parsley oil. Your curry pepper oats chicken is ready
