Curry & Pepper Oats Suji Dhokla Recipe

Ingredients

    • 3 Packets Saffola Curry & Pepper Oats
    • 1 cup soji
    • 4 tablespoon Lite-dahi
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon kali mirch
    • 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
    • 2 green chillies finely chopped
    • few coriander leaves finely chopped
    • Water to make thick batter
    • oil for greasing plate
    •  

     

    For Tadka

     

     

    • 1 tablespoon Saffola oil
    • 2-3 curry leaves
    • 2-3 green chillies
    • 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
    • a pinch of salt

How to make Oats Nut Crispbread

    • Take a pan and dry roast Saffola Curry & Pepper Oats and then grind them
    • Take a bowl and add roasted Saffola Curry & Pepper Oats and sooji and dahi, salt, baking soda, finely chopped green chillies, and coriander leaves and add water and make a thick batter
    • Then keep this batter aside for about an hour to rest
    • Then take a plate and grease it well with oil and then pour the batter in this plate
    • Pressure cook this dhokla mixture for about 10-15 minutes
    • Take it out and cut into square pieces
    • Take a tadka daani and then add oil. When the oil gets hot, then add curry leaves, green chillies, salt and garam masala and turn off the flame
    • Then pour this tadka on oats sooji dhokla and oats sooji dhokla is ready to be served
