Drumstick Soup Recipe

    • 2 tbsp Saffola Oil
    • 1 bowl drumstick pulp
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1 chopped chilli
    • 1 chopped tomato
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 cup boiled green gram
    • Salt to taste
    • 500 ml drumstick stock
    • 1 tbsp curry leaves paste
    • 1 tsp black pepper powder
    • 1 tbsp garam masala
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice

How to make Drumstick Soup

    • Boil the drumstick and remove the pulp in a bowl. 
    • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, green chilli and cook for 2 to  3 minutes.
    • Add tomato, turmeric powder, boiled green gram, drumstick pulp into the mixture and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
    • Add drumstick stock, salt to taste, curry leave paste to the mixture and cook for 10 minutes.
    • Add black-pepper powder, garam masala, lemon juice in the mixture.
    • Your Drumstick soup is ready
