Ingredients

    • Cucumber chopped  1 1/2 tbsp
    • Tomatoes roughly chopped   1 cup
    • mint, finely chopped      1tbsp
    • parsley, finely chopped    1cup
    • salt and pepper        to taste
    • Saffola Active oil   1 1/2 tbsp
    • lemon juice       2 1/2 tbsp

How to make Fattoush

    • Combine the ingredients and toss together.
    • Check seasoning, and add as per your taste and it goes well with pita bread .
    • You can serve it with fresh iceburg lettuce and lime slices.
