  • 1 tbsp Saffola oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 cup baked beans
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 chopped green apple
  • 1 cup panner
  • 1 tbsp Saffola oil
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp Saffola oil
  • 4 Nos. Tortilla

How to make Green Apple Burrito

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, capsicum, baked beans to the pan and cook for 2 min.
  • Add oregano, chilli flakes, salt, green apples, paneer and cook for 2 mins.
  • For making the sauce, heat oil in another pan.
  • Add onions, garlic, sugar, tomato puree and cook for 2 mins.
  • Add salt chilli flakes, mixed herbs and cook for 2 mins and season with freshly ground pepper.
  • Heat the tortilla in a grill pan.
  • Apply the sauce on the tortilla, add the apple filling and fold it.
  • Add oil to the grill pan, and cook the burrito for 2-3 mins.
  • Green Apple Burrito is ready
