Grilled Paneer with Plum Sauce Recipe

    • 200 gms plums
    • 1 tsp dry mango powder
    • 1 tbsp red chilly powder
    • 1 tbsp ginger paste
    • ½ cup water
    • 5-6 slices of Panner
    • 2 tbsp Saffola Oil
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp chilly flakes
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala
    • 3 tsp honey

How to make Grilled Paneer with Plum Sauce

    • In a mixer jar add plums, dry mango powder, red chilli powder and make a fine puree.
    • Heat oil in a pan, add the plum puree to the pan and cook for 15 mins.
    • Cut cubes of panner. Heat oil in another pan and grill the panner on both sides in the pan.
    • Add chilli flakes, garam masala, honey to the pan and cook for 2 mins.
    • Pour the plum sauce in a serving dish and place the cubes of paneer over it.
    • Your grilled paneer with plum sauce is ready
