Ingredients

  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Saffola oil
  • 2 tbsp walnut
  • half chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato skin
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Mint leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp pepper

How to make Grilled Paneer Salad with Orange and Mint

  • To make grilled paneer salad with orange mint dressing add paneer, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, salt, lemon juice to a bowl and marinate the paneer

  • In another bowl add walnuts, cucumber, tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil, mint leaves, salt and mix well. In a pan add orange juice, honey, black pepper and reduce the juice

  • Heat oil in a grill pan and grill the paneer on both sides. In a serving bowl add fresh salad, paneer and top it up with the dressing
