Ingredients

  • Garlic 2 cloves sliced round fried golden brown in an AIR Fryer
  • Dried Chillies 4
  • Onion finely chopped
  • Ginger finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Saffola Oil 1 tbsp
  • Spring onions 2 (just the leaves) finely chopped
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Brown Rice Boiled 2 cups
  • Garlic 1 clove finely chopped
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Low Sodium Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Coriander to garnish 1 tbsp finely chopped

How to make Healthy Burnt Chili Garlic Rice

  • Heat Saffola oil in a pan add the chillies and fry for 1 minute or till they crackle then add the garlic and green onion
  • Sauté it for a minute and add the rice toss to mix well and heat the rice through.
  • Season with salt, pepper and soya sauce and paprika.
  • Now serve on a platter and garnish with fried garlic and coriander.
