    • Stuffing
    • 6-7 Indian Apple Gourd
    • 4 tbsp Saffola Oil
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1 tbsp coriander powder
    • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tbsp dry mango powder
    • Salt to Taste
    • 4 tbsp water

How to make Khatta Tinda

    • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, onions and cook till onions turn translucent.
    • Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, water and cook.
    • Slit the apple gourd and stuff it with the masala
    • Add oil to another pan.
    • Add the stuffed apple gourd’s to the pan and cook for 7-8 mins.
    • Add the remaining masala, water and cook for 1-2 mins
