This recipe requires full cream milk, sugar, condensed milk; instead we have used Oats, jaggery, honey and toned milk to make it more healthy.

Ingredients

    • Saffola Fruit and Nut Oats – Cranberry Magic 2 Packets
    • Jaggery – 1 tbsp
    • Honey – 2 tbsp
    • Tonned Milk-- 2 Cups (200 ml)
    • Almonds – 3 to 4 numbers
    • Pistachio – 4 to 5 numbers
    • Saffron

How to make Kulfi

    • Pour the milk in a thick bottomed vessel
    • Add oats powder, jaggery, honey and stir well
    • Then keep the vessel on the stove on medium heat and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes
    • Remove from stove add saffron and allow to cool
    • Pour it into “Kulfi Moulds” and freeze it for 3 to 4 hours
