Ingredients

    • Mango – 2 cups 250 g ( Peeled and Cubed )
    • Orange – 1,100 g (Peeled and Sliced )
    • Mint – 10-12 leaves 1 g
    • Water – 1 cup 200 ml
    • Onion – 2 tbsp 50 g ( Chopped )
    • Cucumber – ½ cup 50 g ( Peeled and Chopped )
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar – 1 tsp
    • Freshly crushed black pepper – ½ tsp 1 g
    • Saffola Classic Oats – ½ cup 50 g
    • Almonds, blanched and peeled – 10 to 12

     

How to make Mango Orange Gazpacho

    • Add mango, orange and mint in the jar of a blender, and blend well to make a smooth paste.
    • Add the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.
    • Chill for a few hours in the refrigerator.
    • Garnish with mint leaves.
    • Serve chilled.
