Mango Paneer Skewers is perfect to cook for a party with friends or family. Slightly sweet and spicy flavours coat the soft paneer pieces and then grilled to perfection makes for a delicious snack.

Ingredients

    • Paneer – 300 g ( Cut into cubes )
    • Saffola Active oil – 1 tsp
    • Onion – 2 tbsp ( Chopped )
    • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
    • Ginger – ¼ inch piece
    • Mango – ½ cup (Peeled and Chopped )
    • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
    • Worcestershire Sauce – 1 tbsp
    • Red chilli – 1-2
    • Salt to taste
    • Black pepper – ½ tsp
    • Saffola Plain Oats – 2 tbsp
    • Capsicum – 1 ( Cut into cubes )
    • Onion – 1 ( Cut into cubes )

     

How to make Mango Paneer Skewers

    • Heat Saffola Active oil in a pan.
    • Once the oil is hot, add onion, garlic and ginger and cook for 3-4 minutes.
    • Add mango, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and red chilli and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
    • Add salt and black pepper and cook for a minute.
    • Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool.
    • Blend the mixture along with Saffola Plain Oats to make a smooth sauce.
    • Add paneer, capsicum and onion in the sauce and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
    • Thread the paneer, capsicum and onion in wooden skewers.
    • Heat a grill pan and brush it with Saffola Active oil
    • Grill the paneer skewers until browned from both the sides.
    • Serve hot with Mint chutney.
