Masala Jackfruit Curry Recipe

    • 1 tbsp Saffola Oil
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • ¼ tsp asafetida powder
    • 1 cup chopped jackfruit
    • 3-4 pieces jackfruit seeds
    • 1 black cardamom


    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1 tbsp garlic
    • 1 tsp ginger
    • 2 small chopped onions
    • 1 tsp chopped chillies
    • 1tsp red chilli powder
    • 2 tsp coriander powder
    • ½ tsp turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tsp water

How to make Masala Jackfruit Curry

    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Add cumin seeds, asafetida ,jackfruit and jackfruit eyes to the pan.
    • Cook for 2-3 mins.
    • Add oil to another pan, add black cardamom, bay leaf, garlic, onions, chilles, red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, water and cook for 2 mins.
    • Transfer the ingredients to a pressure cook, add ½ cup water and cook for 15 mins.
