In a mixing bowl add Saffola masala oats classic masala, capsicum, spring onion greens, green chilly, rice flour, whole wheat flour, semolina, salt, pepper, coriander powder, garlic, cumin powder and mix well
Add water and mix the ingredients. Add the mixture to a mixer jar and form a smooth batter. Grease the pan with Saffola oil and spread the batter evenly on the pan
