Matar Spaghetti Recipe

    • 2 tbsp Saffola oil
    • 1 tsp crushed garlic
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 1 tbsp cashew powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 1 tsp chilli flakes
    • 1 bowl blanched spaghetti
    • 1 bowl blanched peas and carrots
    • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

How to make Matar Spaghetti

    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Add garlic, cumin seeds, cashew powder, salt, cumin powder, chilli flakes and cook for 1 min.
    • Add the spaghetti, peas, carrots to the mixture and cook for 1 min.
    • Grate parmesan cheese on the top and serve hot.
