Ingredients

    • 1 cup green moong sprouts
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 2 medium size carrots, grated
    • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
    • a small bunch of coriander, finely chopped
    • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
    • salt and lemon juice to taste

How to make Moong Sprouts Salad with Grated Carrots and Coriander

    • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and serve chilled

I really liked the salad. Instead of Onions, Cucumber and finely Shredded Cabbage goes well... I had also added green chillies...
