Multigrain Banana Muffins Recipe

Multigrain Banana Muffins are a great way to make breakfast your favourite meal. Baked with the goodness of banana, multigrain flakes, and whole wheat flour, each muffin is a nutritious affair that will keep you fuller for longer. The added element of chocolate chips makes these muffins even more delicious, and a big favorite with kids.

    • Whole wheat flour - 1 and 1/2 cups
    • Baking powder - 2 tsp
    • Baking soda - 1 tsp
    • Salt - 1/4 tsp
    • Saffola Multigrain Flakes Nutty Crunch - 1 cup
    • Raw Sugar - 1/2 cup
    • Banana puree - 1 and /1 2cup
    • Eggs - 3
    • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
    • Low fat milk - 1/2 cup
    • Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup

How to make Multigrain Banana Muffins

    • Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
    • Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
    • Mix whole wheat flour, Saffola Multigrain Flakes, raw sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
    • In another bowl, mix banana puree, eggs, low fat milk and vanilla extract.
    • Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and fold gently in the batter.
    • Pour the batter in the muffin liners until they are 3/4th full.
    • Bake for 16-18 minutes, until a tooth pick comes out clean.
    • Cool and serve.
