Multigrain Flake Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Delicious,
healthy and nourishing, Multigrain Flake Pumpkin Bread combines textured,fibre-rich multigrain flakes,and pumpkin in a loaf that is easy to put together. Pumpkin can be used in various ways, but adding it to bread lends its own sweetness, and it is a good replacement for unhealthy flours. Ingredients

    • Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
    • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
    • Baking soda - 3/4 tsp
    • Salt - 1/4 tsp
    • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
    • Clove Powder - 1/2 tsp
    • Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
    • Brown sugar - 1 cup
    • Saffola Active Oil - 1/2 cup
    • Egg - 1
    • Pumpkin Puree - 1/2 cup
    • Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp
    • Saffola Multigrain Flakes- Lite Delight - 1/2 cup

How to make Multigrain Flake Pumpkin Bread

    • Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
    • Live a loaf pan with parchment paper.
    • Mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder, clove powder, nutmeg powder and brown sugar in a  bowl.
    • Mix Saffola active oil, eggs, pumpkin puree and vanilla extract in a another bowl.
    • Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
    • Fold the Saffola Multigrain Flakes in the batter.
    • Pour the batter in the prepared pan.
    • Bake for 30-35 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean.
    • Cool the loaf on a  cooling rack.
    • Cut into slices and serve.
