Multigrain Flakes Waffles with Apricots Recipe

Your favourite waffles, minus the calories. Yes, it’s possible! Here is a quick recipe made wholly with oat flour and Multigrain Flakes with no sugar added. It is then studded with chopped apricots, which will give a rich texture to the waffle. so you get your dose of dietary fibre and vitamins in one delicious plate of your favourtie breakfast!

    • 1 cup oat flour
    • 1/2 cup Saffola Multigrain Flakes - Fruit Rush 
    • 1 whole egg
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
    • 1 tablespoon date syrup
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 cup apricots, chopped 

How to make Multigrain Flakes Waffles with Apricots

    • Heat the waffle machine for about 10 minutes.
    • Meanwhile, mix in the batter for the waffle with all the ingredients mentioned above. Mix well till it combines and becomes a thick batter.
    • Pour a ladle onto the waffle machine and spread the batter evenly. Do not over pour it. You can also sprinkle few Multigrain Flakes on top. Close and cook till it cooks and becomes brown.
    • Take the waffle out and then place it on a wire mesh. Or you can serve it immediately.
    • Serve hot, topped up with some date syrup, apricots and apples for your Morning Breakfast.
