Murg Ke Phool Recipe

Simple, steamed & sensational. Well spiced minced chicken with a coating of rice, engulfed in steam, is an easy to prepare recipe that comes punching in protein.

Ingredients

    • 1 stalk chopped spring onion greens
    • 1 cup minced chicken
    • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala
    • 1 tablespoon black pepper
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tablespoon Saffola oil
    • 1 tablespoon corn starch
    • 1/2 cup soaked rice

How to make Murg Ke Phool

    • In a mixing bowl add spring onion greens, minced chicken, garlic, garam masala, black pepper, salt, oil, corn starch and mix well.
    • Make round balls of the chicken and wrap it with the soaked rice.
    • Place the chicken balls in a steamer for 8-10 mins
