Oats and Besan Chilla Recipe
The Oats Besan Chilla recipe is a very traditional snack of northern India. The chilla is made from gram flour and spiced up with green chillies. In this recipe, we have added an additional healthy ingredient and that’s oats, making the chilla fiber rich, nutritious and gluten free.
