Ingredients

  • 75g whole wheat flour
  • 30g jaggery
  • 2 packet Saffola Fruit and Nut Oats Strawberry
  • 150ml low-fat milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 200g strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon Saffola Oil

How to make Oats and strawberry Pancakes

  • In grinder jar of your food processor grind the oats to a coarse texture
  • In a muddler or a bowl crush 100g strawberries with 40g of sugar and muddle them till well combined
  • Mix whole wheat flour and oats flour, baking powder, egg whites, milk, honey and whisk briskly to make a batter of pancake consistency
  • Puree 100g of strawberries in a blender jar and add this fruit puree to pancake batter
  • Heat a non-stick griddle and grease it with smear of oil
  • Take 1/4 cup of batter and spread it on the hot griddle, cook the pancakes until set and light brown on one side, flip with spatula and similarly cook all the pans
  • To serve stack the pancakes onto a plate and top with muddled strawberries
