Ingredients

  • Fresh tomatoes- 4
  • Onion - 1
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 20 gms
  • Sev – 1 cup
  • Peppy Tomato Oats – 1 packet
  • Hing – pinch
  • Jeera – 1 teaspoon
  • Haldi- 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • kadi patta
  • Jaggery 

How to make Oats aur Sev ki Sabzi

  • Add cumin and hing to the oil
  • Add kadi patta, ginger garlic paste and onions
  • Sauté it and once onions are translucent you add tomatoes
  • Add all spices: chili powder, coriander powder, haldi powder
  • Now you cook till the tomatoes are soft
  • Now add a bit of jagary, Peppy tomato Oats, and cup of water
  • Cook it till 3 to 4 minutes
  • Finally add Sev and serve
