Ingredients

    • 450 grams boneless chicken, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
    • 1/2 cup low fat yogurt 
    • 1-1/2 tablespoons lime juice 
    • 1 packet Saffola pepper and spice oats 
    • salt to taste
    • 2 tablespoons Saffola oil 

     

    For Masala

     

    • 4 dried red chillies 
    • 2 inches ginger 
    • 6 garlic cloves 
    • 2 tablespoons coriander seeds 
    • 12-15 black peppercorns

How to make Oats Chicken 65

    • Grind the ingredients for the masala to a fine paste. Grind the packet oats to coarse powder
    • Mix the yogurt, lime juice, oats powder, salt and four tablespoons oil into the ground masala paste
    • Coat the chicken with the masala paste and marinate for an hour in a refrigerator
    • Place the chicken on a baking tray and put it in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 10–15 minutes. Serve hot
