Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp asafoetida
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 1 packet Saffola classic masala oats
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Saffola oi

How to make Oats Kachori

  • In a bowl add wheat flour, asafoetida, salt, saffola oil and water. Knead it into dough. Add water in between wherever required.
  • Once the dough is ready rest it for a while.
  • Heat water in a pan.  Add Saffola Masala Oats Classic Masala and cook it for a while. Add cumin powder, red chilli powder and green peas to the mixture, combine the ingredients and cook it for 3 mins.
  • Once the dough is well rested, scoop out a bit of the dough and roll it into small balls.
  • Roll out the balls into small discs with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Add the oats mixture onto the dough discs and then seals the discs.
  • Roll out the stuffed dough with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Glaze a baking tray with Saffola Oil and place the rolled out stuffed discs on the tray.
  • Bake these for 15 mins at 180 deg C.
  • Serve hot!
