Ingredients

Ingredient with Household Units

  • Saffola Active oil – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Onion – 1 cup
  • Green chilli – 1 tsp
  • Tomato – ½ cup ( Chopped )
  • Saffola Plain oats – ¼ cup ( Powdered )
  • Raw Banana - 1
  • Green Peas – ½ cup
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Pav Bhaji Masala – 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Whole Wheat Pav – 6 pieces
  • Butter – 2 tsp
  • Onion – 3 tbsp
  • Paneer – 3 tbsp
  • Mozarella Cheese – 3 tbsp
  • Coriander – 1 tbsp ( Chopped )

How to make Oats Pav Bhaji Pizza

  • Heat Saffola active oil in a  pan.
  • Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds.
  • Add onion and fry until slightly browned.
  • Add green chilli and tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add Saffola Plain oats, raw banana, green peas, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala, salt and lemon juice and mash everything nicely.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add some water if required.
  • Remove the pan from heat and let the bhaji cool.
  • Brush Pav with butter.
  • Evenly spread bhaji on top of the pav.
  • Sprinkle some onion, paneer, mozzarella cheese and coriander on top.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
