Palak Sai Bhaji Recipe

    • 1 bunch of spinach
    • 1 bunch of sour spinach
    • 1 tbsp Saffola oil
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 sliced onion
    • 1/2 cup split Bengal gram
    • 1/2 cup chopped okra
    • 1/2 cup chopped boiled potatoes
    • 2-3 chopped taro
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 2 tsp coriander powder
    • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 cups water

How to make Palak Sai Bhaji

    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste and onions and sauté for 2 mins.
    • Add split Bengal gram, okra, potatoes, taro, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, salt, water and cook for 2-3 mins .
    • Add the bunch spinach and sour spinach and cook for 1 min.
    • Transfer the vegetable to a small pressure cooker and pour water in it.
    • Cook in pressure cooker for 10 mins.
    • Serve Palak Sai Bhaji with rice
