  • 1/2 cup yogurt, hung
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • water as required to make a paste
  • 1 packet Saffola Masala Oats Chinese
  • 1-2 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 lime juice

How to make Paneer Grilled Sticks With Chili Sauce

  • Whisk the yogurt, lime juice, garlic and chaat masala until smooth. Marinate the paneer sticks in this gently turning to coat. Leave in an open flat platter in the fridge for about an hour or so
  • Mix enough water into a corn flour to make a flowing and not very thin batter
  • Empty the contents of Saffola Masala Oats packet onto a flat plate
  • Dip the paneer stick into the batter to gently coat all around, then roll gently in oats to crumbs
  • Heat heavy bottom non-stick griddle/flat pan. Add 1 tbsp of oil and smear to coat surface. Place the paneer sticks and fry over a low/medium flame until golden and crisp, turning to cook all around
  • Add a few more drops of oil if required
  • Squeeze some lime juice over if desired and serve immediately with a garlic chili sauce, or tangy green chutney
