Paneer Lababdar Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Saffola oil
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 5-6 paneer, cubes
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Few sprigs coriander, chopped 

How to make Paneer Lababdar

  • To begin, heat the oil in a pan
  • Add onions, ginger paste, and garlic paste, and sauté till onions become translucent.
  • Then add turmeric powder, garam masala, chilli flakes, salt, and dried coriander leaves, and mix well
  • Put the mixture into a blender. Add water and make a fine paste
  • Put the mixture into the pan. Add lime juice, paneer, and coriander leaves, and mix it well. Add more water, if required.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
