Paneer Stir Fry with Tea Infusion Recipe

Ready for a taste-bud tingling experience? This tea infused delicacy is deliciousness with a touch of protein, calcium, B carotene and vitamin C. This is one meal that’ll have you patting your tummy.

    • 1 cup orange juice
    • 2 teaspoon honey
    • 1/2 teaspoon ginger juliennes
    • 8-10 pieces of paneer
    • 1 teaspoon fennel powder (saunf)
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder (jeera)
    • 1 teaspoon coriander powder (dhania)
    • 1 teaspoon ghee
    • 1 teaspoon tea leaves
    • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
    • 2 slit green chillies
    • 1/2 cup sliced red bell peppers
    • 1/2 cup sliced green bell peppers
    • 10-12 cherry tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup chopped spring onion greens
    • Salt to taste

How to make Paneer Stir Fry with Tea Infusion

    • Add orange juice, honey, ginger juliennes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    • In a mixing bowl add paneer, fennel powder (saunf), cumin powder (jeera), coriander powder and mix well.
    • Place the marinated paneer in a plate. Place heated coal in a bowl in the center of the plate. Top the coal with ghee and tea leaves and cover the plate with a bowl.
    • In the reduced orange juice add garlic, green chillies, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, spring onion greens and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    • Add the smoked paneer to the veggies and season it with salt.
    • Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
    • Serve hot!

I see that honey is heated in this recipe, as per ayurveda honey shouldn't be heated as it gets toxic.. I'm confused here..
