Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp saffola oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar apple cider
  • 1 tbsp mixed garlic
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 chopped avocado
  • 1 chopped pear
  • 4-5 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 chopped spring onion
  • 5-6 lettuce leaves
  • 5-6 feta cheese cubes

How to make Pear Feta Salad

  • Take oil in a bowl, add apple cider vinegar to it & mix it well to make an emulsion.
  • Take a pan & roast walnuts on it.
  • Add garlic, pepper & salt to the emulsion.
  • Add honey to the roasted walnuts.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add avocado, pear, cherry tomatoes, spring onion, lettuce to it.
  • Pour the honey walnut mixture over it.
  • Add feta cheese & the vinegar dressing and mix it well.
