Ingredients

    • Low Fat Plain Yogurt - 1 cup
    • Low Fat Milk - 250 ml
    • Pear - 1 cup ( Diced )
    • Ginger - ½ tsp ( Grated )
    • Spinach - 1 cup 
    • Saffola Regular Oats - ½ cup
    • Honey - 2-3 tbsp

     

How to make Oats Nut Crispbread

    • Add all the ingredients in the jar of a blender.
    • Blend well to make a smooth smoothie.
    • Serve cold.
    • Add a few ice cubes if you like it chilled.

Thank you for sharing the “Oats Poha” recipe.

I must say the “Oats Poha” recipe was scrumptious. Love the combination of vegetables and greens.  I couldn’t find the Saffola tangy flavor at stores however, I had substituted this with other flavors and the taste was excellent. Keep posting the recipes and kudos to the whole team.
