Penne Pesto Chicken Recipe

    • 40 ml Saffola oil
    • 8-10 cashew nuts
    • 8-10 garlic cloves
    • 1 bowl basil leaves
    • Salt to taste
    • 20 gms cheese
    • 2 tbsp Saffola oil
    • 1 cup chicken
    • 1 cup cherry tomato
    • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
    • 1 bowl boiled penne pasta
    • 1 tbsp grated cheese

How to make Penne Pesto Chicken

    • Take a big bowl add cashew nuts, garlic cloves, basil leaves, salt, cheese and oil.
    • Mix it properly and grind it.
    • Pesto sauce is ready.
    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
    • Add cherry tomato, pesto sauce, salt and chilli flakes to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
    • Add penne pasta in the mixture and cook for 3 minutes.
    • Grade it with cheese.
