Pepper and Spice Oats Tarts Recipe

    • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    • 2 Packets Saffola Masala Oats Pepper and Spice
    • 2 tablespoon Saffola Oil
    • Water as needed
    • 1 cup split gram (dal) for blind baking
    • 1 tablespoon Saffola oil
    • 3 /4 cup broccoli
    • 1/2 cup chopped button mushrooms
    • 1 teaspoon oregano
    • 1 teaspoon lemon rind (nimbu ka chilka)
    • Salt to taste
    • 4 egg whites
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 3 tablespoon butter milk

How to make Pepper and Spice Oats Tarts

    • In a mixing bowl add whole wheat flour, Saffola Masala Oats Peeper and Spice, Saffola oil, water and a make dough of the mixture. Rest it for 15 to 20 minutes
    • Grease the tart moulds with some oil and spread the dough in the moulds
    • Dock it with the fork. Place a parchment paper over the tart and put any gram (dal) on top of it.  Bake it at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes. Your tarts are ready
    • Heat oil in a pan. Add broccoli, button mushrooms, oregano, lemon rind, salt and sauté the mixture for 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture in the mixing bowl
    • Add egg white, egg yolk, butter milk in the mixture and mix it properly. Your tart filling is ready
    • Now remove the parchment paper, gram from the tart mould and transfer the filling into the tart. Bake it at 180 degree celsius for 15 to 20 minutes. Your Pepper and Spice Oats Tart is ready
