Peppy Tomato oats and Paneer Mini Gujjiya Recipe

Ingredients

    For Filling

     

    • Low fatPaneer – 300 gms,1cm cubes
    • 1 tsp Saffola oil
    • Peppy tomato 40gms
    • Onion 75 gm, sliced
    • Capcisum 75 gm, chopped
    • 1/2 tsp Garlic chopped
    • 1/3 tsp green chilli chopped
    • 20 gms spring onion chopped

    • Whole wheat flour 200 gms
    • Butter - 2 tsp this is bare minimum
    • Salt – ½ tsp

     

How to make Peppy Tomato oats and Paneer Mini Gujjiya

    Filling

     

    • In a pan heat some oil
    • Sauté garlic, chilli and onion
    • Once onion is translucent, add the Capsicum, spring onion and further cook for a minute
    • Then add SMO Peppy tomato and water as per the SMO packet instructions. And cook for 3 minutes
    • Season and the filling is ready.
    • Mix together flour, salt and melted butter. Add enough water to make a non-sticky dough.
    • Crumble paneer well

    • Mix together all ingredients for filling very well.
    • Roll out the dough into small circles
    • Put a spoon full of paneer filling in it and fold over into a half moon. Lock the sides. Give designs with fork.
    • Place a pressure cooker on medium flame.
    • Now In the pressure cooker place a shallow vessel upside down.
    • Bake the Gujjiya’s in the cooker by placing it on a plate.
