Peppy Tomato Tawa Pizza Recipe

    • Whole Wheat Flour  220 gm
    • Salt to taste
    • Baking powder – 1 tsp

    • Peppy Tomato SMO I pkt
    • Tomato puree 1 tbsp
    • Dry Oregano – 1 tsp (optional)
    • Garlic Clove 2
    • 1/4 tsp salt

    • Onion – 1 sliced into thin rounds 100 gms
    • Tomato- 1 sliced into thin rounds 120 gms
    • Capsicum / Bell pepper – 4-5 slices 50 gms
    • Olives – 4 chopped 20 gms
    • 50 gm grated paneer
    • Salt 1/3 tsp
    • Pepper 1/3 tsp
    • Olive Oil- 1 tbsp – In pizza we have to use Olive Oil

How to make Peppy Tomato Tawa Pizza

    • In a sauce pan heat some oil and sauté garlic.
    • Add tomato puree and oregano, cook till the raw flavor is gone.
    • Add SMO packet and further cook for 3 minutes. If needed add water to adjust the consistency.

    • Mix wheat flour, salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add water and make into a soft dough.
    • Now roll it out into thick roti. Place it over a nonstick tawa. Cover and cook for 3 mins. Open the lid and flip over.
    • Spread some sauce on top. Place onions, tomatoes, capsicum, olives on top.
    • Sprinkle with some oregano, salt, pepper. Add grated paneer on top.
    • Place back on the tawa and cover with a lid. Let it cook for 5 mins on a medium flame.
