Peppy Tomato Vegetable Rolls makes for a wholesome snacks for kids. These are very good to pack for lunch box as well as they keep good for a long period of time. The slightly tangy and sweet flavour from the Saffola Peppy Tomato Oats adds a very nice touch to the rolls.

Ingredients

    • Saffola Peppy Tomato Oats – 40 g
    • Saffola Active oil – 2 tsp 5 ml
    • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp 2 g
    • Carrot – ½ cup 100 g
    • Capsicum – ½ cup 50 g
    • Onion – ½ cup 50 g
    • Salt to taste
    • Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp1 g
    • Spinach Tortilla - 2 100 g

How to make Peppy Tomato Vegetable Roll

    • Cook the Saffola Peppy Tomato Oats as per the direction.
    • Let them cool.
    • Heat Saffola active oil in a pan.
    • Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
    • Add carrot, capsicum, onion, salt to taste and black pepper powder and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
    • Keep a spinach tortilla on a plate.
    • Spread some oats on top.
    • Keep some vegetable filling in the centre and make a tight roll.
    • Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
